It seems that the internet is abuzz recently about teleseminars and their topics range from Implementing Business Systems to Dog Grooming. If this exciting business building tool is not on the top of your To Do List, it should be!j0438526

The What

A teleseminar (also referred to as teleconference or audio conference) allows for real time training, education and product information. Teleseminars take place over a phone line called a bridgeline which participants call into and enter a code given to them when they registered for the call.

A typical informational teleseminar starts with each caller announcing themselves at the beginning of the call then callers are muted while the ‘meat and potatoes’ session takes place. The callers are then usually un-muted near the end of the call for a Q & A session and/or interaction. Teleseminars can have as many as 2 participants or 1000, depending on the purpose and interest of the call.

The Why

Relationship Building

It can never be said enough how important it is to build relationships with your customers and Social Media has gone a long way to making that connection easier but teleseminars make that connection much more personal.

Instant Credibility

Holding a teleseminar to inform and educate prospects about your product or service lets you strut your know-how and crowns you an expert in your niche.

Traffic Generation

Website traffic comparable to an old dirt road that’s full of potholes running parallel to a brand new highway? Teleseminars produce hits that are bumper to bumper.

List Building

Don’t have a decent list? Teleseminars are by far one of the fastest ways to generate a solid opt-in list.
